For the single release of ก่อนจะลืมกัน by Mac Punnapob, I was responsible for the art direction and single cover design. The song explores themes of heartbreak and holding onto precious memories, telling the story of someone who cannot forget a past love and promises to always be there if they ever look back.
To translate this deep emotional narrative into a visual format, I conceptualized a 3D illustration. I designed a striking chrome blue flower blooming from rough, dark rocks beneath a starry night sky. This metallic flower represents memories that remain shining and untouched, even after the person is gone. The contrast between the cold, hard terrain and the glowing, delicate flower perfectly captures the enduring, yet painful, nature of the love described in the lyrics.
This visual approach provided Mac Punnapob with a powerful and modern identity for the track. The final artwork successfully conveys the quiet strength and lingering sadness of the song, offering listeners a compelling image that deepens their connection to the music.
