Parasite Invasion!: The Human Parasites Educational Board Game
โรคพยาธิ คือโรคที่เกิดจากการมีปรสิตมาเบียดเบียนร่างกายของเรา เป็นหนึ่งในปัญหาใหญ่คู่สังคมไทยมาอย่างช้านาน บางคนมองเป็นเรื่องไกลตัว แต่มันใกล้ตัวเรามาก และบางทีอาจจะอยู่ในตัวเราด้วย ประชาชนส่วนใหญ่ยังมีพฤติกรรมที่เสี่ยงต่อการติดปรสิต ซึ่งเป็นองค์ความรู้ที่ซับซ้อน ต้องอาศัยการจำ ใช้ระยะเวลานานในการทำความเข้าใจ ยากที่จะเรียนรู้ด้วยวิธีการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบทั่วไป
ผู้จัดทำจึงเลือกที่จะนำเสนอองค์ความรู้ดังกล่าวผ่านเกมกระดาน โดยเป็นสื่อรูปแบบหนึ่งที่สามารถนำมาประยุกต์เพื่อใช้สร้างการเรียนรู้ ทำให้เกิดพัฒนาการในทักษะการคิด ทักษะการปฏิบัติ เกิดความสนุกสนาน ความผ่อนคลาย และสามารถใช้ได้กับผู้เล่นทุกเพศทุกวัย
Parasitic diseases, a longstanding concern in Thai society, often seem distant to many. However, these diseases are closer to us than we realize, potentially lurking within our bodies due to risky behaviors. Understanding this complex topic usually demands extensive memorization and time, making it challenging to learn through traditional methods.
To bridge this gap, I propose using a board game as an engaging educational tool. A board game offers a dynamic medium to impart knowledge, fostering the development of critical thinking and practical skills. It provides an enjoyable, relaxing experience accessible to individuals of all genders and ages, making learning about parasitic diseases not only accessible but also enjoyable for everyone.
