For the single release of ถามดาว (Please Be Kind) by YEW, I was tasked with creating the illustration. The track centers around a deep longing for a special connection. The lyrics tell a story of someone asking the stars if their soulmate is out there, wondering if they are reading the same book or listening to the same song, and hoping fate will bring them together.
To capture the essence of these words, I pursued a fresh art direction that marked a new creative exploration for my portfolio. I designed an illustration that visualizes the vast, dreamlike sky and the quiet hope of finding a shared destiny. The visual elements were carefully crafted to reflect both the isolation and the warmth present in the song.
